Description

Dysnea Boys came together when two Vancouver residents – ex Black Halos/Loyalties bassist C.C. Voltage and Radio Berlin guitarist Chris Frey – descended on Berlin to start a project with Jason Honea, former frontman of San Francisco skate punk legends Social Unrest. Joining them on the drum stool is Tom Fanore of German punks, Sorry My Sox. Dysnea Boys dig ’80s skate punk and are as about DIY as you get. Their debut long player is in the bag and will have been immortalised in wax by the time you read these words.

The Dysnea Boys have created a punk rock record that’s true to their roots. It’s over in a flash, don’t stop to put the kettle on or you’ll miss a song or two. Not true to their roots, this will probably be available on digital download, but you don’t really want it in that fomat, right? You want to head over to Glunk Records and get your mitts on a shiny 12 incher (ooh er missus!). Sniff the wax, drop the needle, peruse the sleeve artwork, then play it again. Get some Dysnea Boys in yer life, punk rock never tasted so good.
