black. standard (medium) coarse, not too grippy, but not loose either. my personal favorite griptape, good performance at a fair pricepoint. straight out of the box it is too grippy for my personal taste, so I sand it down a little bit (that means after assembly and cutting down the grip to size I use the cut off pieces and rub it across the griptape, to make it a little less aggressive). If you like a lot of grip, leave it as is instead.
