standsning long fit beanie

Description

a few year’s back I had the idea of doing a clothing company, so I had these beanies made with an embroidered logo designed by andi who used to run built on friendship records. I chose the name standsning (danish for “stillstand”), because it was a time when I needed some rest from work and spent a nice holiday in denmark close to the german border to regain some power.

standsning to me means stillstand in a positive way, like the tiny moment of absolute silence when you’re in the mountains, shortly before you drop into a slope of fresh, untouched powder. or the moment of absolute tension before a band starts off with a huge wall of sound.
